Filip Shrbený, MSc

Attorney at law Filip Shrbený, MSc holds the position of Chief Legal Officer of the AEQUITAS Group and is a member of the supervisory board of the Aequitas Capital Investment SICAV a.s. fund.
In addition to performing this function, he is engaged in advocacy with a focus on commercial law and applications for European subsidies.
As a lawyer, he is also responsible for documentation, legal services, regulations and concluding contracts of the AEQUITAS Group. It also participates in the evaluation and ongoing management of private investments.
In the past, he worked in the family company BENT CZ s.r.o., which deals with quality control of sealing elements and components.
