What does he say about himself?

After finishing my secondary school in land surveying, I worked for 11 years as a surveyor in the private sector. From the position of temporary worker to the position of head of geodetic works (planning, budgets,…). The scope of work included orders related to the real estate cadastre, land improvements, creation of a point field, construction orientation, passport of engineering networks for production areas and geodetic service during construction. For the most part, it was also about checking the work outputs of our technicians and, last but not least, communication with the authorities (cadastral, land, surveying).
In the course of my employment, I completed my studies at the Volyn University of Applied Sciences, majoring in Wood Construction. I was attracted by the connection of knowledge from geodesy with design work. I consider the internship completed at ELK a.s. to be a very positive benefit. Later, however, I was unable to find a job directly in the field of wooden constructions, so I worked at a construction company in Mělník. I have tried all positions on various contracts, from construction preparation, project management, budget manager to construction manager. After gaining sufficient work experience and passing exams, I became an authorized technician in the field of Civil Engineering.
Once again, we wanted to move on professionally and connect the acquired experience. I was able to do this best in development services. In order to grasp the project correctly, it is necessary to be able to deal with the authorities and to know their powers. Furthermore, it is important to be able to find out the correct documents from the real estate register and to be able to evaluate them correctly. During the implementation, which is the largest part of the work, the experience of constructions and their budgeting are invaluable.
The development projects of the AEQUITAS group caught my attention mainly because they transform existing, no longer satisfactory technical and user conditions of buildings into new functional complexes. Setting up the operation of these new projects will again be another stage that requires better knowledge, which is why I am now participating in a comprehensive facility management course. I consider it important that we can already say in the project proposal how we want to use the objects and then correctly project these requirements into individual construction projects.
