Jan Langmeier, JD, MBA

Mr. Jan Langmeier, JD, MBA is a lawyer working as a partner and managing director of Langmeier & Co., advokatní kancelář s.r.o. (www.langmeier.cz), an insolvency administrator and an insolvency administrator with a special permit. As an insolvency administrator with a special permit, Jan deals with bankruptcies of businesses with an annual turnover of at least 100 million crowns or with more than 100 employees. As part of his activities, he is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the organization INSOL EUROPE, a European organization bringing together professionals in the field of bankruptcy, insolvency and company recovery. Among other things, Jan is included in the lists of liquidators and receivers maintained by the CNB (for investment companies and investment funds and for securities traders, banks, insurance companies, etc.), where as part of this activity he has already liquidated a considerable number of companies and also provides advice on liquidation of companies, as he did, for example, for the investment fund SOLIDEUS SICAV, a.s. At the same time, Jan works as a member of the dissolution commission of the Minister of the Interior and as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic.
